What results can I see in 12 sessions?

Do I need to have an ADHD diagnosis to join?

No, you don't need a formal diagnosis to benefit from this programme. Whether you're officially diagnosed with ADHD or simply identify with the traits and challenges associated with neurodiversity, this programme is designed to provide support and strategies that can enhance your ability to manage daily tasks and improve overall well-being.

When is the programme available again?

The programme runs several times a year. Each cohort is seasonal and we open enrolment approximately four weeks before it begins. You can sign up for our waiting list to receive early notification and secure your spot as spaces are limited.

I have another Neurodivergent condition,  Will this work for me?

This programme is tailored to individuals with ADHD and broader neurodiverse traits. If you have specific conditions or concerns, I encourage you to contact me directly so we can discuss how the programme can be adapted to meet your needs and ensure it's the right fit for you.

I’m not a native English speaker. Are there translations available?

Currently, the programme materials and sessions are offered only in English. However, we strive to deliver the content in a clear and accessible language. We are considering adding translation services in the future and can provide additional support upon request.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

The programme is designed to be flexible with your schedule, but we recommend setting aside about 1-3 hours per week. This includes time for exercises, weekly coaching calls, and any additional reading or activities.

Are there any additional costs involved?

There are no hidden fees or additional costs required to fully participate in the programme. All necessary materials are included in the enrolment fee. Occasionally, we may recommend books or resources that could enhance your learning experience, but these are entirely optional.

 I don’t have ADHD, is this still relevant for me?

While this programme is tailored for individuals exploring their neurodiversity, the techniques and insights can significantly benefit anyone interested in enhancing their focus, productivity, and emotional regulation.
